If you are having difficulty downloading or accessing the product you purchased from us, you may use this form to request technical support.

Please note that all digital products contain multiple files and are delivered as ZIP archives which have to be unzipped (decompressed). If you want to access your purchase from a phone, tablet or other mobile device you may find it easier to first download it on a regular computer and then transfer by USB cable. Apple’s iPhone and iPad devices don’t come with software to unzip files, but you can find unzip software in the App store. Here is a link to an application with instructions for Safari iPhone users.
