Want to contact us anonymously?
If you'd like us to know about an incident that occurred at a Radical Honesty Institute (RHI) event and you do not believe that you have a safe, direct route for addressing and resolving the issue with the Certified Trainer or Trainer Candidate who led the event or another Radical Honesty Trainer, we invite you to use this anonymous reporting form below.
We'll use the information that you share to open up a conversation with the Trainer or Trainer Candidate who led your event or who was involved in the incident. We'll determine next steps depending on the details in your report and what you choose as a follow-up action in this form, along with the Trainer's account of the incident, when possible.
Speak Up!
If you come across something that doesn't seem right at a Radical Honesty event or within the organization itself, we want you to speak up about it. This could be anything from harassment to discrimination to abuse of power, or other behavior in violation of the RHI Code of Ethics.
RHI is moving towards a 24/48 Speak Up culture. This means that as an RHI stakeholder (e.g. Trainers, employees, participants, clients), if you have something to say, were witness to something or were harmed, we want to create a process for you to speak up in a safe and clear way within 24-48 hours.
For the first 24 hours take the time to reflect on your experience, and determine if you can work through the RHI service-cycle on your own fruition, but if not, we want you to contact us within 24 hours so that we can find a solution:
Contact our Accountability Circle (Kerri Timar, Maggie Doyle, John Rosania)
Contact our Ethics Circle (Michael Alan Kolb, Lindsay St. Antoine)
Contact our Managing Director Jesper Jurcenoks, for venting, mediation, or escalation
Send an email to support@radicalhonesty.com (Dustin Billon, Sarah Hobbs)
Use this Anonymous Reporting Form, (Dustin Billon, Sarah Hobbs) and your report will be forwarded to the appropriate recipient
You may also simply contact any trusted Trainer, TC or Staff member and ask them to inform any of the people listed above
