Jesper has turned the holy wound he received in childhood into a holy scar—one that became his superpower.

He grew up inside a dysfunctional family dynamic, where his survival depended on staying hyper-vigilant, reading emotional shifts in the room before they were spoken, and remaining calm—no matter the pressure.

These same strategies, once born from necessity, now allow him to be fully attuned to the people he works with. Jesper pays close attention. He notices what others miss. He listens without judgment, asks questions only after deep reflection, and holds space with a calming, grounded presence that makes others open up—often more than they expected.

Many people who work with Jesper say that even just listening to him speak calms their nervous system. That when they close their eyes and hear his words, something in them finally feels safe enough to soften.

Jesper’s empathetic leadership style was shaped through decades in tech and corporate management, where he supported people navigating growth, conflict, burnout, and transition. For over 40 years, he led tech teams and corporate divisions, guiding companies through mergers, acquisitions, cybersecurity threats, and transformative growth. His experience navigating high-pressure tech environments, aligning goals with individuals' interests has honed his capacity to help individuals and teams find calm and clarity amid stress. Today, he brings that same clarity and presence into his coaching—with individuals, couples, and leaders navigating hard conversations and emotional truths.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Jesper has volunteered over 1,244 hours in festival harm reduction—providing non-confrontational mediation and ensuring participant safety. Starting in 2015, he quickly rose to a leadership position, reflecting his effectiveness and dedication in this volunteer capacity. This role deepened his expertise in conflict resolution and crisis intervention, particularly in situations involving challenging experiences related to drug use, death, sexual assault, domestic violence, child neglect/abuse, assaults with deadly weapon, and law enforcement interactions. These experiences further enrich his capacity to compassionately support individuals and teams navigating life's most difficult moments.

Jesper grounds himself by communing with nature and is dedicating his free time to creating an off-grid, sustainable nature mindfulness retreat in the Sierra Mountains east of San Francisco.

He has been a Radical Honesty Practitioner since 2017, trained with both the old generation of trainers: Brad and Taber, and the new generation.

In 2023, Jesper became Managing Director of the Radical Honesty Institute LLC. In April 2025, he transitioned to new roles: RH Trainer Candidate, Board member, and one of the owners of RHI.
