Michaela Weichselbaum (Michi) is a Radical Honesty Trainer based in Vienna / Linz / Graz, Austria.

From an early age, I wanted to find out why some conversations go better than others and how interpersonal relationships work. In my search, I completed some training courses and workshops on communication, personal development and coaching. In doing so, I kept coming back to the common denominator of honest and authentic communication. I not only try to live this in everyday life and always jump over my own shadow, I also accompany other people on their way there. That's exactly why I'm on my way to becoming a Radical Honesty Trainer.

Schon früh wollte ich herausfinden, warum manche Gespräche besser laufen als andere und wie zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen funktionieren. Auf meiner Suche absolvierte ich einige Ausbildungen & Workshops zu Kommunikation, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Coaching. Dabei kam ich immer wieder auf den gemeinsamen Nenner der ehrlichen und authentischen Kommunikation zurück. Diese versuche ich nicht nur im Alltag zu leben und dabei auch immer wieder über meinen eigenen Schatten zu springen, ich begleite auch andere Menschen auf ihrem Weg dorthin. Genau deswegen bin ich gerade auf dem Weg Radical Honesty Trainerin zu werden.
